Assistant Professor
Digital Innovation & Information Systems
I study digital entrepreneurship because I am fascinated by the constant flux of technologies, capabilities, and choices that can help startups thrive, pivot, or fail. My research examines how ventures build digital capabilities, engage with emerging technologies such as AI, and adapt as the rules of competition continue to shift. I also work closely with business incubators and accelerators to understand how entrepreneurial support must evolve with startups in the GenAI era.
I care just as deeply about teaching. I love bringing real startup stories into the classroom, hearing students challenge assumptions with bold ideas, and turning those ideas into questions worth exploring.
