A Passionate Researcher in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship
About Me
I’m an Assistant Professor of Digital Innovation and Information Systems at the Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada. My research examines how digital innovation emerges through both deliberate planning and unanticipated processes. I also study how startups and entrepreneurial support organizations co-create entrepreneurial innovation by leveraging advanced digital technologies, including generative AI.
I hold a Ph.D. in Digital Technology from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business and an M.Sc. in Management Information Systems from the University of British Columbia. My work has been published in leading journals including the Journal of Strategic Information Systems and MIS Quarterly Executive.
